The router was delivered on time, excellent seller. The router works great after installation. Unfortunately: >>> There were no instructions included, just a link that didn't work for the smartphone app. I had to dig through extensive Google searches to finally find a manual and instructions on the Netgear website. There is absolutely no way you can install this device without these instructions. Why they aren't included, or at least not linked, is some unforgivable folly on the part of Netgear. I have purchased many Netgear devices in the past and all have worked as advertised. But whoever is in the router business should be fired now; and take all his helpers from the "Children's Parade" with him. Because they are completely unrealistic in terms of data and customer support. What doesn't exist. I am a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer with extensive experience working with cutting-edge computing and telecommunications technologies. And it pushed me to the limit to make it work. I do not recommend this product unless you have an electrical engineer with telecom and computer experience to help you with the installation. Because you simply return it for any refund Revain gives you. Just a disgraceful, horribly sold and packaged product: I do not recommend it unless you have qualified professional help.
