Review on coovi by Darin Grosz

We're a small startup and we needed help managing the creative aspects of our business (video production). Coovi has helped us manage and coordinate our video production so that it meets deadlines and provides great value for our customers. We use coovi for: 1) Our videos: we record, edit and publish them online 2) Customer service: Coovi allows us to communicate effectively and efficiently with our customers and prospects. 3) Marketing: We've developed training courses with coovi that allow us to share valuable information about our products with our customers. 4) Product development: We use coovi for a proof of concept before launching a new product. It gives us the chance to evaluate user experience, understand if there is interest in the project, and test the potential of our idea. 5) Social media: We love the ease of integrating videos with social networks. 6) Product documentation: For internal communications, we often write articles and posts explaining technical details and functionality. We use coovi to add a visual element to our text. 7) HR: We created a course to train our employees. We have used it to communicate with candidates and screen resumes. 8) Analytics: Coovi offers the option to integrate the tool with our analytics software.
