Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.

At first glance, the characteristics of a very worthy device. Everything is configurable. Capacious cartridges. If you have an emergency and urgently need to print 4,000 pages, then you don’t have to run around and buy an armful of cartridges. Who will use non-original or fill - the cost of printing is cheap. Scanner auto-feed is really convenient.
Theoretically, we connect to the network, initially we read the instructions and set up each item as we need and enjoy life. Which was done on the first day.

In fact, the MFP begins to throw constant jokes. Moreover, 1 computer and 4 laptops are connected to it. And this holiday has a place for everyone.

We bought this MFP to replace the old one (of the same company), which worked for 10 years. In the old one, only paper was inserted, the cartridges were changed, and cleaned every couple of years. It doesn't work like that with this. It is necessary to communicate with him, cherish, cherish.

I really want to disable the "nightmare office" item in the menu, but it is not among the heap of settings!

over the year, software glitches continue to arrive:
1. At some point, the native software simply stopped seeing the printer. The browser opens its page, and the software says there is no printer. The software recommended installing a new utility for installing firewood. We download the utility from its page at the office. site. We run, and what do we see? Correctly! She says that this is the old version, but there is a new one and now she will download the new version (are they generally okay with their heads ?).
2. Now a new beauty: no matter how you twist and insert sheets into the scanner's auto feeder, this "xerox print and scan experience 6.0" V7.250.8.0 scans them upside down! All sheets have to be turned over manually in the program. it's just a song! I'm taking off another star for that.
3. Each action with firewood and the treatment of glitches causes a return to printing the title page ID (30% of the paper in the trash at once !) and duplex printing.

Cons

The software is terrible: - Very long interval before the print job starts. Having finished one, he freezes in fear and thinks, although in the settings it is worth starting typing immediately. The network is gigabit and everything except the printer flies on it. He is exclusively partisan in it. - The MFP is very sociable. Manufacturers stuck a huge touch screen, but they didn’t figure out why it was needed. A lot of unnecessary messages and gestures: You opened the paper tray: it wrote on the screen "using original toner"! At the time of paper loading, this is very necessary information. Get distracted to see what he writes there. We closed the paper tray: the "confirm paper settings" menu pops up on the screen, otherwise I will not print. Again we look at the screen, we think, we poke "confirm". Not a printer, but a Tamagotchi! - Constantly wants to inform you that there is no paper in the additional tray (ala for envelopes). And he does it carefully in English. When you send a document to be printed, you get “paper tray fig!” in notifications, which scares and infuriates users terribly. At the same time, the printer throwing out a message of seconds 10 partisan. And at the moment when you got up to go figure out what he had again, he calmly prints from the main tray. - After some Windows 10 ates (about once a month), the print settings in the system are selectively reset to the default settings. You suddenly receive duplex printing, or title ID printing that you have disabled. - There was also a variant of a glitch when the printer had to be brought out of hibernation with the button - when sending a print job, it did not wake up. Tired poor guy. Again reinstalling firewood. - When scanning through the Xerox Print Experience yesterday, it suddenly stopped scanning from the autofeed. Sheets are inserted into the autofeeder, and it scans the tablet. And you can't select a source. And twain driver everything works fine. Total again minus an hour of working time to figure out what happened and reinstall the printer in the system. Summary: the device just shakes your nerves and eats your time!
