Review on DataCAD by Steve Griffin

Their website is completely broken. You cannot add any images. It takes forever to load pages. I am sorry to say that their customer service sucks. I emailed them twice about a problem with the site and I never received a reply. When I did try to email them I got bounced back to me. I called them twice. First time I spoke to a guy named "George". He told me that he would email me a copy of the ticket and that I should check my spam folder because he couldn't see it. Well guess what? That was in July! And it hasn't come. So I called again. This time I talked to someone else. She said she would call me back. Never happened. Now I'm getting upset because I can't upload my own pictures to my website. And I have to spend money to get the images I uploaded to my website. That's wrong. And I also have to waste money on hosting space to put the images on the server. That's wrong. I have no idea what's wrong with this program. I don't understand why it exists anymore. It shouldn't.
