Very easy to install even if you have no electronics repair experience. If you watch YouTube how to do it and take your time, you can replace this component. It literally sticks where the original fan comes out and is later installed with two screws. I'd recommend grabbing a can of air rags to remove any dust that has built up in the console and also replacing the thermal paste while you're there.
