Great product. I highly recommend it. Does a good job of cleaning up and turning everything into a drain without the use of chemicals that cannot be removed in the wastewater treatment process. Initially we had minor odor issues, but we found that with any air purifier, any fans that sucked air out of the camper would suck air from the toilet into the camper. We also found that Thetford toilets offered a useful sealing effect when flushed. So, in addition to using this or any other product: turn off all exhaust fans and close the lid when flushing. It seems to work fine for 5-7 days, the maximum I wait before draining the tank. If the temperature is 95 or higher for several days, you can use Porta-Pak, a chemical product. This is the basis of this product. I use Green Works and it seems convenient enough. I use other toilet cleaning products before emptying them. I suspect some of the less than positive reviews may be related to this issue. If you don't use "chemical" washcloths, consider using similar cleaning supplies. Most additives on the market reduce the odor associated with raw sewage, but none of them make it smell like a flower bed. This product does a great job and does not need to be removed for wastewater treatment. (In most cases, they are not removed, just diluted.) And will not harm septic systems. (Final note: When manufacturers talk about shipped product, they mention that the flavors are for the customer upon opening the package. The flavors are completely lost when the product is sent to the tank.)
