I wasn't sure about this chair when I ordered it. A friend who is also tall recommended this particular chair. When mounting the bracket, you have a bit of room to slide in to expand the area a bit to help taller sedentary people. Otherwise, the hand-tube is processed in such a way that I experience almost no discomfort, to the point where I don't even notice the hand-tube touching my ass. If you are a tall person, the headrest position can be an issue as it may fit around your neck and be too high to stay on your head. The seat is comfortable, as is the positioning of the backrest in the orientation you want. The shock is a little lower than I would like, but that's because of my height. Both the lumbar support and neck support can be adjusted up and down to the desired position, which is nice. Overall, as a 360 lb person, I am happy with the product.
