I ordered two of these tables as bedside tables. I wanted something solid wood and not very expensive. When the tables arrived, one was better packed than the other. One table was sealed, the other was not. Luckily none of them were seriously damaged. I was happy to see a solid wood table. The table top seemed solid. Both had some decorative marks and small dents, but nothing that would warrant a return. As soon as I started the building process, I noticed the following: First, the instructions are based on pictures. Assemble it as shown here how it should look now. Second, one of the bolts that attach the legs to the table was poorly made. threads fell. I've been trying to get it working, but I'll need a new screw eventually. I have a big problem with this as it's not hard to check gear before packing. Third, when I screwed the legs to the table, the wood creaked as I screwed it together. I was afraid I would split the wood, so I left things relatively free. Fourth, the platform under the table top had no screw holes to attach the legs to the platform. I used a drill to twist things. I suppose you could use a screwdriver and do it by hand, but that would be a pain in the wrist. Ideally, the company would drill pilot holes like they did on the legs. In general, I am satisfied with the tables because they are made of solid wood and are affordable. I doubt I will buy more products from this company.
