When I wake up my lungs are clearer

Normally when I wake up in the morning I feel quite overwhelmed. I live in a desert with a lot of dust and we have a dog at home. Many air filters are noisy and take up a lot of space. I put this little guy right on the bedside table. The sound it makes is the perfect white noise machine, and it filters the air well enough to make my morning breathing easier.
