Works very well. As simple as putting in batteries, the soap and the wave pass the sensor on and it's out. It's beautifully made. It doesn't look cheap. What I like: - Easy to fuel up - Good build quality - Looks nice What I don't like: - No configurations - Runs out quickly All things considered if you are planning to buy this and you have a house of 3 or more people. I wouldn't recommend it as it wears out quickly from a lot of hand washing. 2 or less is ideal. I just REALLY wish you could customize the amount that comes out. I still like it a lot, don't like pumping the soap anymore so I'm satisfied :)
