Great Customer Service! Easy To Use
I can see what my customers are saying about me and my company. I can send them reminders and even have them review their experience with me. I can also make sure they are happy with their experience and send them messages to remind them of their service. I can't think of anything I don't like. RocketLevel is the best. It's very easy to set up, easy to use, and has a great customer service. I highly recommend to other small businesses who want to be able to see what their customers are saying and to remind them of their service. It's a great way to make sure customers are happy and to make sure they refer me to their friends and family.

- Easy sign up system! Love how it allows us (the business owner)to keep track as well so we know where our next sale will come from or if an unhappy client needs assistance!! Keep em coming!!! Loving this tool for both sides..and super simple integration process too..just wish i had known sooner before starting out w/my
