Fantastic customer service with high quality products

The team at rocketlevel were very helpful when we first started out as they helped us choose what was best suited our needs from their product range! They also have great support staff who help answer any questions you may ask about using this software which makes it much easier than having someone else come into my office every time I need some assistance/help etc!! There isn't anything i dislike really but if there's something missing then please let me know because its always good feedback.

Great Customer Service! Easy To Use

I can see what my customers are saying about me and my company. I can send them reminders and even have them review their experience with me. I can also make sure they are happy with their experience and send them messages to remind them of their service. I can't think of anything I don't like. RocketLevel is the best. It's very easy to set up, easy to use, and has a great customer service. I highly recommend to other small businesses who want to be able to see what their customers are saying…

  • Easy sign up system! Love how it allows us (the business owner)to keep track as well so we know where our next sale will come from or if an unhappy client needs assistance!! Keep em coming!!! Loving this tool for both sides..and super simple integration process too..just wish i had known sooner before starting out w/my
