The most helpful feature is that the software is easy to use. The ability to use inventory lists, pick lists, and purchase orders is very useful. The software also has a lot of helpful features, such as the POS system. The software is very secure and offers great customer service through the help center. I have found that the software does not have all the features needed for our business, but the help center does offer a lot of information. The software is easy to use and has a lot of features that are needed for retail. The price of the software is very reasonable and the support is incredible. The software has made our business more efficient and helped us save money. I like that it allows you to create your own products or add items from other businesses. It is easy to use and navigate. There are some things I dislike as well; such as the lack of customization. The ability to add new products to our store without having to go through a third party vendor would be nice. The benefits outweigh the shortcomings at this time. Creating custom goods/products; we have been able to customize almost everything within the system.
