So these are fantastic as they are ideal for travel. They come with a little bag for storage. However they slip and roll in on themselves while being used. When it does this, it begins to dig into and pinch the skin. That is why it is 4 stars instead of 5. It is advertised as non slip but it is not. It is nice that you have 4 levels of bands to choose from. The slipping does affect the work out as you have to stop and fix the bands. Overall though good bands.
