This lock worked great until it broke. The key was inserted 2 days ago but not turned all the way. Then when I tried to get the key to work it broke into the lock. I tried to pull the piece out but couldn't after an hour of trying. Now I'm trying to cut off the lock, and it turns out to be very difficult. I had to call a locksmith to cut it off. He spent at least 10 minutes drilling out the joints. His big bolt cutters didn't do anything about it. The good news is that it takes an angle grinder or drill and some time to cut this thing down. If there are no outlets nearby, using the angle grinder will become more difficult. ABUS is the perfect replacement for the lock for me. Their policy is that you're more likely to go to dealers, so be careful who you buy the lock from. In my case, the dealer no longer sells ABUS locks. ABUS sent me a replacement. Be careful with keys. If they are worn out, replace them.
