I'm 5:8", 133lbs, I wear size S in yoga pants, 28 in jeans. My waist is 28 and my hips are 38. 26 fits me but is snug in the legs and hips a little tight for walking 28 fit well in legs and hips and waist is a little large 30 fits comfortably slightly more leg room but waist is too much I have a pair in size 28 and a pair in size 30 and left I will waist for Wear size 30 basically I could wear 3 different sizes so it depends on the feeling I don't want any of them to look big and baggy 3 sizes with baselayer although it didn't change the fit much The pants are for winter pants attractive Slightly stretchy Price is right The only bummer is the belt Came in green for both colors and is very cheaply made will update the review when I do The pants have had the weather and rain but so far they have kept me warm (I'm frie re often).
