My sweet little guinea fowl love this hay. I have fed them old hay for years but my wonderful vet told me about rabbit hole hay and now I understand why. The quality of each piece of hay is greatly improved. It's a bit more expensive but I TRUST the quality and my piglets love it MUCH more than Oxbow hay. Oxbow is a great brand of guinea pig pellets and vitamins but their hay was patchy and contained lots of dusty bits and even alfalfa which is NOT good for adult pigs as they can get diarrhea and bladder stones. This is an $800-$1200 surgery I had to perform on my 2 year old male pig for overfeeding calcium without my knowledge. Rabbit Hole Hay is pure timothy hay with no alfalfa or dry bits to choke on. I strongly encourage you to spend the extra money on this product. Guinea pigs can live long if their diet is good and if you understand that the diet should consist of 80% high quality timothy hay.
