This book mark glows beautifully and somewhat brightly, its bright enough to be noticeable in indoors lighting but once you go out in the sun you wont get that flow. But who cares, why are you bringing it outside right? This bookmark needs light in order to glow. It is durable, just outstanding! However, it only glows for a short period of time, 3 minutes I exposed it to a powerful light, and in the next 2 minutes it becomes dim, so dim that it will be hard to notice it in the darkness if you do not try hard enough to look for it. Besides that, I think that this beautiful bookmark is very fine, but there has got to be another way for the bookmark to glow for a longer period of time.
