I love V4INK products. I've used them on many printers with no problems. I ordered a set of 4 cartridges. One of the cartridges was defective. Revain will not allow you to exchange goods. There is no way to contact the company to resolve the issue. Revane makes it impossible to contact her regarding this. After searching Revain's website, I finally found a place that says the return window is closed on July 29th. I received the product on 06/29. It had 4 rounds. The cartridges are individually sealed. You only use one at a time. Should we open all sealed cartridges at once? What nonsense is this? WST contacted me directly and solved the problem immediately. They were beyond generous and really appreciated.
