I have two Yorkies and working in Pennsylvania has influenced them this winter. Because of sub-zero temperatures, snow and frozen ground/ice, they no longer want to go out. I thought these boots were the answer. The three stars have nothing to do with the quality of the shoes. they are very well done. Rubber outsole with profile! Velcro - they fit my dog's foot snugly, the dog shook and shook them - they didn't quite go - but the foot came out of the base of the boot. I got the XXS for my 10 lb dogs and they fit great. need to put foot in boot before velcro closes - and that can be a little tricky with small dog paws that don't want to get in someone else's boot. They were difficult to manipulate since they were so small, but managed to get them to work. Dogs often wear sweaters when it's cold outside but never boots or dog shoes, they just stand and don't move. When I took them outside, they shook their legs and walked like the floor was on fire. literally one of the funniest things I've ever seen! I will try them a few more times, both indoors and outdoors. maybe they'll get used to it, if not I can ask for a refund on the light warning boots with BIG LAUGHERS!
