Review on Govee 65.6ft RGBIC LED Strip Lights, Smart WiFi LED Lights with Alexa and Google Assistant, Music Sync, DIY, for Living Room, Christmas, 2 Rolls of 32.8ft by Owen Phi

UPDATE: Passed the quick change program via the Govee app. It was a good experience. Today I received a replacement strip and it connected straight away for the first time. Works great. These lights are great! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really, really wanted to love these lights. I spent 4 hours getting it to recognize the WiFi connection even though it says "connection successful". I rebooted, rebooted and followed all the instructions. I have a mesh router that doesn't separate 2.4 from 5, but my router recognizes the lights as connected to 2.4 and they're recognized by Alexa, so everything looks fine except for the red WiFi sign in the Govee app. Alexa can't control them which is why I bought them. I think they're coming back. Really disappointed and upset. Currently working with Govee on a replacement. They are very responsive. I will update my review when this is fixed.
