The box arrived damaged, one side was almost torn off. Several places where the cardboard was torn and several holes were found were found. I will say that the manufacturer packed the contents very well, despite all the damage, the chair itself was not damaged. The delivery of the package was the star's first loss. The second star loss is that there is no instruction manual for the petals and handles. The paddles are so badly marked that it took my wife and I a few minutes to figure out what each one was doing. The buttons are worse, there are no markings at all until I had a chance to experiment with them. The company's official website is a joke, it's designed more like a blog than a company website. I can't find anything online that specifies what each paddle or handle does. As for the chair itself, it feels very comfortable and solid, I just wish I knew how to adjust it properly.
