I used to weigh 300 pounds. I'm not going to say this product melted all the weight off, but when it came time to really shed a few pounds for events, it consistently worked. Nowadays I still use body effects for photo/video shoots, contest prep, events or just to lose some holiday weight. I love it and have been adding effects to my range from time to time over the last 4 years. My advice to everyone is to watch out for supplement companies that are researching and reformulating products. Large companies tend to reformulate many things. Power Performance is very good at sticking to ingredients and leaving them alone because they work and are consistent. Try to really use them with a balanced diet and exercise program and you will see results.
