This music player/radio is excellent. It's easy to set up, easy to use, and well made. (I ordered ours in July 2020. We've had no design issues.) You can add to the pre-programmed songs on the included USB drive, or remove those songs and upload your own playlist of favorite songs. Or you can buy an extra USB drive and upload your own playlist to it. Make sure the songs in your playlist are in MP3 format. (No iTunes format, SONGS MUST BE IN MP3 FORMAT. I purchased/downloaded the MP3 songs from Revain.) I enjoyed putting together a playlist for dad. It brought back so many memories and gave me a connection to him that I haven't had in a long time. Other family members live closer and do most of the hard work for my dad, so being able to do something like this remotely was great. After downloading his favorite songs onto a USB drive, I sent the radio to his nursing home. My dad's nurse also found it easy to install. Best of all, she told me our dad likes it. Music therapy for people with dementia is well documented. This music seems to help my father. He smiles more, is busy and calmer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
