Great product, Fantastic customer service.

We use this charger daily to add 46 to 50 miles of electric driving to our RAV4 plug-in hybrid. We noticed that the 230v plug cord was getting hot during charging, so we contacted the factory. We had several emails back and forth, and they ALWAYS answered my request within one day. They sent out a new plug 'pig-tail' that totally resolved the problem. Wonderful customer service!
