Great product, Fantastic customer service.

We use this charger daily to add 46 to 50 miles of electric driving to our RAV4 plug-in hybrid. We noticed that the 230v plug cord was getting hot during charging, so we contacted the factory. We had several emails back and forth, and they ALWAYS answered my request within one day. They sent out a new plug 'pig-tail' that totally resolved the problem. Wonderful customer service!

Works as advertised; no installation hassle

What can I say? It works. I have it plugged into a 220V dryer outlet. It's as fast as a commercial 220V Level 2 charger.The only negative is that I wish the charger unit itself were waterproof. Our car has to be outside, so this is a small drawback. But when you're dealing with high voltage, you don't mess around, so I'm glad they insist on the extra layer of safety.

This Company Backs Their Products!

Bought 6 months ago and was immediately impressed with the product quality. I went from charging using provided Tesla charger @ 6mph to using the Travelmaster now getting 36mph+. I had a minor issue and the Mustart customer service was very quick to remedy it. Even overnight shipping the part needed. They stand behind their product. Save $ and buy this versatile charger!

Not sure what happened

I have the Mustart 14-50 charger at home and I love it. It is amazing, so I bought this to keep in my car for emergencies since it has interchangeable plugs. But the very first time I plugged it in, it popped and never came on. Maybe I just got a dud because I really like the other charger.

The second charger has now failed. The company will not respond. We took it to the dealership because certainly the second charger was good. They confirmed it has also failed. - original review follows - Our charger worked beautifully for 3 months and then, for some reason, it seemed like the wires were not making a connection. Most versatile level 2 charger I could find.

This is great for extending the range of EV travel. I have several friends/family that have a variety of plug-in options that I can use with the appropriate adapter.

Works well, company stood by their product

I have used our Mustart Travelmaster Level 2 Portable EV Charger for just over a year. I started w/ it on a 120v, 15amp circuit to charge my 2012 Volt. It worked fine and when we added a used 2017 Bolt, I added a 240v 40amp circuit to the garage. Using the included 240v quick change plug, it proceeded to provide trouble free performance for just over a year. Do not buy. in my review

This is my second of these units. The first one sparked and then quit working. The second one quit working after one year and the manufacturer wanted a video made of it plugged in and working. When I sent that they consecutively asked for three more videos with the three other adapters. They are obviously trying to avoid replacing the unit until it is out of warranty.
