Review: I was Disappointed with KuKitty Online Store because of Their Poor Quality and Customer Service:

Recently, I made the mistake of shopping at KuKitty, an online retailer that specializes in children's apparel and accessories for infants and toddlers. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I saw their collection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry designed specifically for baby girls. I was hoping to find some cute options for my daughter. To begin, the quality of their products was, to put it mildly, nowhere near the industry standard. The garments were made from low-quality materials that were rough and itchy, and they were in no way suitable for use on a baby's sensitive skin. The shoes were poorly made and uncomfortable, and the jewelry appeared like it was purchased at a dollar store. Both of these flaws were very noticeable. Their customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the situation even more difficult. I tried to contact them to lodge a complaint about the low quality of their products, but they were unresponsive to my inquiry and showed no interest in finding a solution to the problem. They made it abundantly obvious that they did not care about the happiness of their customers and that their primary goal was to earn money as quickly as possible. The actual website of the online store was difficult to traverse, as it had a confusing layout, and the product descriptions were not very clear. When I finally did discover what I was looking for, the product images were grainy and unprofessional, making it difficult for me to make a purchase. Taking everything into consideration, I do not suggest patronizing KuKitty. Shopping with them is an exasperating and disheartening experience due to the low quality of their products and the unresponsiveness of their customer service. You can find better infant fashion elsewhere if you just save some money and look around.
