I needed something to put my laptop down for Zoom calls in our group meetings. We tried music stands and it was a bad idea. It looks similar but is much stronger than a music stand. Holds my laptop well. It wobbles a bit, but if people don't scold it, I think my computer will hold up just fine. Serves its purpose, easy to assemble and folds up quite compact.
