Glue was the worst idea ever

First off, yes it works. It's the right size, the right thread, and it's metal. So this part works and gets 1 star. But the glue is just terrible. If this keeps up, you'll never switch off, EVER. Doing so will damage the disk and may damage your motherboard as well. The description doesn't even say it has glue! ("Insulation layer” is not the same as "adhesive layer”). The glue sticking to your motherboard is too strong. Stronger than the adhesive on the metal plate itself. As a result, attempting to remove the plate detaches itself from the adhesive that is firmly attached to the back of the motherboard. Removal will leave adhesive residue and risk tearing the motherboard. Oh, and even if you remove it, there's a risk of injury. It required so much force that my hand was cut several times with the motherboard's razor-sharp solder. So now I have a useless backplane, possibly a damaged motherboard and bloody hands.
