Does not work well in my review

If I had physically seen this product before buying I never would of purchased it. The handle doesn't work well, hot and cold seem to be backwards. The way the sprayer is set is strange. Not pulled out it sprays all over the place. It's like the sprayer is tipped out instead of down. Not happy with it but not going to spend a plumber another $150 to replace it.
