High quality. Feels very secure. I have knee problems and feel no pain when falling, sliding or kneeling. Go up 2-3 sizes. I'm small/medium for everything and large is a bit tight. I wear jeans in size 30/30 (regular fit, not skinny/skinny). not skinny legs, average physique. I have a large one that knows it runs small but it's very difficult to put new ones on. I would take them in X-Large or XXL. After 5 minutes to put them on they are quite comfortable except my back of my knees/thigh is compressed with fat. This is a compression material so when you tighten the bottom strap they won't sag and likely tear/stretch. It's tight, but I don't lose circulation. I don't know if the spacer is too long for me. but I can't close my knees because the bottom of the pillow digs into my shins. I will exchange for XL.
