As the title suggests, this book contains 250 knitting patterns; Once beginners understand the basics of knitting, they can easily perform some of these patterns (basic garter stitch, stockinette stitch, basic ribbing), but other patterns include advanced cables, lace, and colored knits. Color photos show the resulting pattern, and instructions are provided in both verbatim and tables.
