Duracon is not only extremely durable, it also stays cool like many other aluminum and similar material grips. It's easy to install, convenient and will last a lifetime. My only complaint that I was aware of prior to purchasing the product is that it doesn't do much in terms of traction. If it was a little shaded it would be the perfect product.
