Received two days ago and only powered on for sixty seconds. I'm so mad at myself that I threw the box away because I was sure it would work. I've had the same faucet humidifier for five years now. The old one stopped working two weeks ago so I got another one. It's annoying when the same updated product doesn't work at all or only for a very limited time. Does anyone know a tip on how to get this thing to work to clear the moisture. I've tried different sockets and it's not a problem as other things are easy to find. I'm sure the company won't help and they got my money. Another product in Amazon's trash.
