Cute but small clutch
Comes with 4 suction cups and string. Three sections have rivets. The instructions don't say how to attach it to the window. The product had only one loop for a rope. My husband made two small holes to make it work. We only use 3 out of 4 suction cups. It turned out great for Halloween.
