Review on 🎢 Tyler Portable CD Player Boombox: Compact Home Stereo, AM/FM Radio, AC & Battery Compatible, Aux Input & Headphone Jack, Lightweight Silver Design by Johnny Black

Two units both failed in different ways

I had two units and BOTH failed and together they lasted less than a week. Revain customer service refunded my money. DO NOT attempt to contact the company with a warranty claim as described in the product manual. Tyler didn't even return a call from Revain product support. Block #1: The first block worked on the first day. I didn't play CDs but I used the radio and the aux in from my phone and the sound was great. On the second day the red power/LED on the CD player was not lit but the radio was still working properly. On the third day nothing worked and the power LED did not light up at all for any of the functions. I contacted Revain support. The company could not be reached. Instead, Revain sent me a replacement unit. Block #2: Only worked well the first day. The radio was still working on the second day, but the CD player no longer recognized any discs. The CD player still turns on, but the display just shows "No" (which means it assumes there is no CD in the CD player). I tried several plates. None worked. I don't like this product. Thank you for supporting the Revain product.
