Great product but VERY SMALL

The product itself should have 5 stars all round, but it is SMALL! Even my 8 year old girl had trouble getting this thing over her head. medium head. I have ordered 1 of each of my girls. I think my youngest is 2. She is 6 years old and the little figure is small on all sides. Just very tiny. in the 25th percentile for weight and height all. But the product itself is a great product that I have just downsized on BOTH of the ones I have purchased. Blue and gray nylon coating for wind and water resistance.
