I recommend it to anyone who has a fever. I suffer from hot flashes and live in the desert. I have a hard time escaping the heat. I ordered this product and now I have an outlet to feel comfortable while walking, shopping, cleaning and even watching TV. This device is lightweight as it does not require batteries, in fact it is fairly quiet at slow and even medium speed but tends to be a little louder at high speed. The charging time is pretty quick and easy to see as the red light is on while charging and off when charging is complete. This fan has a "fan favorite", that's me! It's on my must have list, especially for the price!
