Made in Taiwan for power and hand tools

It looks and feels like an industrial quality tool which is what I've come to expect from Williams. However, I was disappointed when I saw "Taiwan" written next to the "Williams" logo. It looks like a good tool, but I was disappointed that Williams (Snap-On is the parent company) removed at least some of their tools. Are there really no more good American instruments?
