
A few weeks ago I bought my Original Copper Fit. Then I bought a medium size, after wearing it for several days I realized I needed a larger size. I went ahead and ordered a large one. At the time, I felt the plus size was too tight and couldn't decide whether to trade it in for a larger size or buy another product. While trying to resolve this issue, I received an email asking me to review the product. I replied that I wasn't sure whether I should revisit it or not and explained the sizing issue. I then received a personal email from Copper Fit co-founder John Deal apologizing for the problem (although it was my fault!) and offering to send me a new product for FREE if I let him know which one size i need! We then exchanged several emails. Of course I found out today that this size really does fit (I'm so embarrassed!) but I will never forget the wonderful customer service I received from John. In an email, he explained that it was a small family business. We hope that your company will be spectacularly successful. Thanks, John!
