💪 Copper Fit Pro Series: Optimize Performance with Compression Elbow Sleeve Review

I've been using the Copper Fit Elbow Pads for a few years now and unfortunately the newer versions aren't as good as the old ones. The new sleeves are uncomfortable and don't fit well. They're prickly on the inside and the elastic cuffs are uncomfortably rough on the skin. The cuffs are also oddly stiff, so they don't offer a snug fit.

Not sure if the product will work, I bought an LG thinking it would fit a woman's hand but it was very tight I think it did a muscular hand. It was like a sausage that was too tight! My arms aren't muscular, but they're bulging in the biceps. I tried it on a muscular husband, it fit perfectly. It weighs 155 pounds and the LG goes well with it. I also don't think XL would fit me, just too tight to bend my elbow comfortably.

Don't waste your money on this, you could get a better one at your local discount or 99 cent store. Material and quality are poorly made. I sighed and the advert seemed like it would help hold things together, but I'd better wrap the sock around my arm. Don't waste your money on this product, as soon as I opened it I put it back in my bag to send it back and asked for my money.

I have tendonitis on the inside of my right elbow. This elbow pad really helps. I only gave it 4 stars because the gold stripes on these sleeves seem to be wearing or separating from the sleeves. I bought 2 of these and one end of one of the gold stripes on both sleeves came off the sleeve. I had to use gorilla glue on the old one to make it stay. I'm sure I'll have to do that with the new one soon.

Due to tendinitis I bought the cheaper Copper Fit version of this compress. Sleeve. And while it was better than the crappy Velcro bandages that doctors give out on the job, it wasn't strong enough in terms of compression. I've been using a regular elbow brace for a few weeks and haven't experienced any relief so I've opted for the copper cuff. I've only used it 3-4 times so I can't say it doesn't help with pain yet, but I can say it doesn't help yet. In fact, I think it's even a bit worse today. I had limited movement on my left arm and my fingers happened to go numb, I also had tendon pain. After wearing the compression sleeve for about an hour and noticing my range of motion has improved, I haven't had any tendon pain or finger numbness since.
