This product works very well.
I have tendonitis on the inside of my right elbow. This elbow pad really helps. I only gave it 4 stars because the gold stripes on these sleeves seem to be wearing or separating from the sleeves. I bought 2 of these and one end of one of the gold stripes on both sleeves came off the sleeve. I had to use gorilla glue on the old one to make it stay. I'm sure I'll have to do that with the new one soon.
