Well I really love this laptop. This is by far the best laptop out there that combines performance, battery life, portability and build quality. hands down That being said, there was a major problem with my laptop as soon as I started playing with it. After the driver and Windows everything was updated. I started noticing blue screens on startup. Only sometimes. And it wasn't the same blue screen, sometimes 3 different screens randomly appeared on it. So I noticed that the only thing that wasn't updated to the latest version was my bios. Luckily I have been building and working with computers for over a decade and have been familiar with them. After that, the problem still occurred. So I was running out of logical options as I had no idea what to do with this new laptop. It worked great after the blue screen went away and it restarted on its own. As if nothing had happened. But I called Asus and they had no idea either and then recommended that I reformat my new laptop that I've had for 12 days. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice at that point. So I cleaned up my current OS and built everything from scratch. Windows updates, driver updates, install all Asus applications that work fine on that particular computer. It was finally done. Guess what? No more blue screens. So the moral of the story is that I'm not sure Asus ships these laptops with software. But I had problems right away and ended up having to erase everything and reformat from scratch. I don't really care now. But some less knowledgeable than me will struggle with this problem. So if anything I said is confusing or you don't understand, it's not the experience I had. But now it's hassle-free and amazing like never before. Just wanted to share my experience and benefit from some folks if you are not tech savvy then you can call Asus for a while and they will teach you how to reformat on the phone or they will have to send it in and fix it in a few Go weeks without your new laptop. Also got this laptop for $1300 R9 processor and 2060 1TB SSD 16GB RAM from another famous one. Electronics retailer sells in theft! But my system was perhaps a rare occurrence and I still highly recommend this product. It's amazing how heavy this thing seems to be. And now there have been no problems for more than a week, so I am happy to announce that everything has been solved thanks to me. Asus needs to do better testing of its products before releasing them to customers.
