This is the second set of grab bars I have installed. My advice is to install them for you and pay where you buy them! The first sentence was only about 5 years ago. I had already forgotten how upset I was at the time and bought this 4 door kit. Everything is fine in the back, but in front - trouble! 2 bolts going in 2 different directions at 90 degrees to each other and although the instructions say to strip the threads of Loctite they are still tight and you will most likely drop something that falls into the frame windshield and for the rest of your life rips. ask me how I know that! The spacer between the grab bar and the windshield pillar is lost forever unless I take it apart and get a long flexible magnet and I'm lucky! I'll try that next week! I ended up using a 3/8" deep socket to replace the lost gasket! The blocks are very strong and sturdy once you set them up and I love them! I just wish they weren't such a chore to put together to install!
