It's best to keep track of all your inventory, customers and employees with this tool! There really isn't anything that I dislike about this software. If you're looking for something easy to use then this is it! You will be able to handle everything from customer service to sales and more in one place! The only downside would be if you want to do some customization outside of what they have provided you can sometimes find yourself stuck without being able to figure out how or where to go next to make changes. We needed an easier way to organize our information so we could focus less time on paper managing it ourselves. This program has made us much better at keeping up with things because now we are always connected through the internet.
