I like how easy it was for my agent and myself, as well as other employees of our organization, once we downloaded all required application software (WDI) that could be used by both agents/employees at any time; this really saved us money because now there are no more trips needed to pick-up new licenses or updates! Since then I have not thought about anything else when using the program - which has led me back again to purchase another license just recently so i can add some changes with better features than what currently exists.
Nothing yet but am satisfied overall to use the product daily. The benefit that I see most from working online through your computer versus going into an office setting is accessibility especially if you're traveling out of state. So far nothing dislikes since its been such a great experience thus far; however, sometimes having access to help desk support would've helped solve.
