If the handbag was like the picture, it would be perfect. The style, size and pockets are amazing. Color brown and"ash" does not look. Ash sounds grey, not brown! But worst of all was the material which was very brittle, flimsy and soft and arrived very crumpled. It is not strong at the bottom and hangs like a plastic bag. The top edges hang down like bubbles. It is simply not what is shown in the pictures and does not look like a store bought bag.
