Lisle 29600 #4 for Tools and Equipment

Four pins will not fit 2013 Toyota Tacoma Antenna Nut. The two prong side barely fits and cuts slits. The tool may work on other vehicles, but my mother was so rusted it wouldn't turn.

Pros
  • All set!
Cons
  • High Price

The best way to remove the antenna!

Arrived yesterday and appears to be a well made tool. A 7/8" wrench fits and works like a charm. The antenna nut was loosened in no time at all, without the risk of damaging the paintwork, just like with needle-nosed pliers. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Works for Ram 1500 Antenna Nut

Bought this "#1 Three Prong Nut" to replace the antenna cover on a 2013 Ram 1500 Sport. The thing worked like clockwork. I ended up not looking through my wrench to find the right size, I just used the wrench and replaced it. Worked great!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Not sure

Fits my 2003 Tacoma TRD Offroad V6

After much research it turned out that this tool is the only one that fits a 2003 Tacoma. The reviews I've read have mentioned that an adjustment is needed. but not for me. Fits right out of your pocket. Look at the pictures, I give 5 stars

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing

Perfect tool for replacing the antenna nut

I bought this kit and used it on my 1999 Chevy Tahoe and 1991 Dodge Stealth with no problems. The locking nuts are perfectly removed and installed without damaging the nut or the vehicle. Highly recommended if you need to remove the antenna nut and want a clean and professional job.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Little repairability

Quality tool, the best of tools and hardware

This is a quality tool and it fits nicely on the antenna nut on my 2004 Grand Cherokee WJ, unfortunately it's a crappy jeep so the fitting was damaged by corrosion with the threads welded. and the angle grinder (Jeep's main tool) was more efficient in the removal process. However, I will be getting more out of these downstreams and I have no doubt that these antenna connectors will outlive me (and I hope they will outlive me for a very long time).

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Compatibility

Everything I ordered from Lisle Tools fit me perfectly. So far there have been no disappointments. The antenna away from the car and where the weather tool or the car won't break. There is also a tube expander kit. Use this with a Cargoport 700lb impact wrench and fit my exhaust to the car, the exhaust has been running there for over three years with no problems. Can't wait to see how it performs with a 1000lb impact wrench. Be very careful when expanding the tube. Don't go too far and takeโ€ฆ

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

After reading Toyota Tacoma owner reviews I was hesitant to buy it. I went ahead and took the leap of faith and bought one. When it arrived it barely fit the antenna nut on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma. But after using a regular metal file for literally two minutes max on either side of each of the 4 teeth, it fits perfectly. I gave 4 stars as it took me a little work to make it work. Update 04/11/2017: Due to corrosion of the antenna nut on the antenna rod (part under the wing) this tool did notโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Unusable functions

Works but could be improved

Purchased to loosen the antenna nut on a 2002 Honda CRV during a fender change. "Sockets" match the description, four of them in the package, a total of 8 grip pattern options from small to large and from 2 to 4 teeth. They are solidly made and I had no issues with the quality of the materials or the construction of the instrument. The only downside is that the term "nest" is a bit misleading. The tool is actually mostly designed to be gripped with either a box wrench or *with* a head, but itโ€ฆ
