The best feature is that it can be used for both domestic as well as international calls, so we are able to use one number for our business callers while using another phone line for personal usage. There is nothing much I dislike about this product. It's very easy to set up with minimal training required. We have been using this service since 2014 but only recently started seeing some new features added which were not available when we first implemented this solution. Some of these include automated dialing options (e.g., auto-attendant) and an option to block spam caller ID numbers from calling through Sasktel.
