The customer service is incredible! They've been helpful with all issues we've had over the years.

The customer service is incredible! They are so helpful with any questions you may have regarding our account setup or integration of their product into ours. Their support team has been incredibly responsive to all requests for assistance we've had over the years. We use MightyOaks primarily as an email gateway between two separate mail systems/platforms (Zimbra and Exchange). It's easy enough if someone needs access from another platform but there can be problems when trying to integrate it in such cases. Sometimes emails will not go through at first because they're sent by one system and received by the other without passing through this middleman server. This causes some initial confusion until both sides figure out what happened and why. Not much otherwise--it works well for us! If your organization uses multiple platforms like ZIMBRA then using something like MightyOats helps keep everything running smoothly. Using two different messaging clients means sending messages back-and-forth could cause issues where sometimes things don.
